Twitch

I've been having a twitchy eye for the last couple of weeks (stress, I'm sure, with Mum in the hospital, Merry just getting old and being so unwell that he's likely going to have to be put down in the next couple of months, Angels' eye, and trying to afford to pay bills).

And I'll tell you ... the customers at work aren't helping any!

If you're chatting in for assistance and provide your account number, make sure that's the correct account number for your services.
If you're providing your phone number, make sure that's the one set up on your account.
If you're providing your address, provide the one at which the services we're trouble-shooting are located.
When we ask you to check the serial number on a piece of equipment printed directly on that piece of equipment, check that and not the cardboard box in which it was packaged.
When we ask you if cables are connected and power is hooked up ... DON'T LIE!

Argh!
